Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Illinois was 66,010 and represented 0.73% of the total Illinois citizen voting-age population.

Among all Illinois counties, Cook had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (595.96K), followed by Kane (60.40K), and DuPage (56.46K).
