Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Iowa was 66,010 and represented 2.87% of the total Iowa citizen voting-age population.

Among all Iowa counties, Polk had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (12.80K), followed by Scott (5.93K), and Woodbury (5.59K).

In terms of percentages, Muscatine had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (12.29%), followed by Buena Vista (11.84%), and Crawford (9.56%).
