Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 66,010 and represented 1.99% of the total Kentucky citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (13.22K), followed by Fayette (5.90K), and Hardin (3.52K).

In terms of percentages, Christian had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (5.81%), followed by Hardin (4.43%), and Meade (3.22%).
