Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for North Carolina was 66,010 and represented 0.90% of the total North Carolina citizen voting-age population.

Among all North Carolina counties, Mecklenburg had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (36.66K), followed by Wake (29.93K), and Cumberland (21.92K).

In terms of percentages, Onslow had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (10.58%), followed by Cumberland (9.06%), and Lee (8.09%).
