Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Pennsylvania was 66,010 and represented 0.68% of the total Pennsylvania citizen voting-age population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Philadelphia had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (124.27K), followed by Lehigh (44.62K), and Berks (41.06K).

In terms of percentages, Lehigh had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (16.94%), followed by Berks (13.34%), and Monroe (12.28%).
