Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Arkansas was 952,790 and represented 43.63% of the total Arkansas citizen voting-age population.

Among all Arkansas counties, Pulaski had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (100.90K), followed by Jefferson (29.41K), and Crittenden (16.50K).

In terms of percentages, Phillips had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (59.90%), followed by Lee (54.16%), and Jefferson (54.08%).
