Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Arkansas was 1,276,885 and represented 44.31% of the total Arkansas citizen population.

Among all Arkansas counties, Pulaski had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (141.06K), followed by Jefferson (40.06K), and Crittenden (24.09K).
