Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Indiana was 952,790 and represented 19.64% of the total Indiana citizen voting-age population.

Among all Indiana counties, Marion had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (176.41K), followed by Lake (84.12K), and Allen (28.54K).

In terms of percentages, Marion had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (26.99%), followed by Lake (23.56%), and St. Joseph (11.42%).
