Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for South Carolina was 2,544,540 and represented 69.27% of the total South Carolina citizen voting-age population.

Among all South Carolina counties, Greenville had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (265.64K), followed by Charleston (204.18K), and Horry (199.20K).

In terms of percentages, Pickens had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (89.48%), followed by Oconee (88.65%), and Horry (82.77%).
