Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Kansas was 1,281,810 and represented 46.07% of the total Kansas citizen population.

Among all Kansas counties, Sedgwick had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (43.14K), followed by Wyandotte (35.80K), and Johnson (24.07K).

In terms of percentages, Wyandotte had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (25.02%), followed by Geary (17.17%), and Sedgwick (8.83%).
