Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Washington was 1,281,810 and represented 18.97% of the total Washington citizen population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (117.47K), followed by Pierce (53.33K), and Snohomish (18.24K).

In terms of percentages, Pierce had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (6.48%), followed by King (6.15%), and Island (3.12%).
