Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population for Pennsylvania was 3,187,680 and represented 25.75% of the total Pennsylvania citizen population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Allegheny had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (957.80K), followed by Montgomery (619.03K), and Philadelphia (526.46K).

In terms of percentages, Elk had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (97.69%), followed by Jefferson (97.35%), and Armstrong (97.25%).
