Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Pennsylvania was 2,548,850 and represented 26.15% of the total Pennsylvania citizen voting-age population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Allegheny had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (799.82K), followed by Montgomery (496.72K), and Philadelphia (454.61K).

In terms of percentages, Elk had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (98.14%), followed by Warren (97.82%), and Bedford (97.78%).
