Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the citizen voting-age population for Colorado was 3,979,325 and represented 71.94% of the total Colorado population.

Among all Colorado counties, El Paso had the highest citizen voting-age population (498.09K), followed by Denver (490.36K), and Jefferson (437.98K).

In terms of percentages, Mineral had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (90.30%), followed by San Juan (87.16%), and Ouray (84.22%).
