The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (490.83K) and constituted 69.71% of the total. The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (148.02K) and constituted 21.02% of the total.
