Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Illinois was 70,240 and represented 0.78% of the total Illinois citizen voting-age population.

Among all Illinois counties, Cook had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (613.42K), followed by Kane (64.39K), and Lake (58.63K).

In terms of percentages, Kane had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (18.93%), followed by Cook (17.30%), and Kendall (14.22%).
