Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Iowa was 70,240 and represented 3.04% of the total Iowa citizen voting-age population.

Among all Iowa counties, Polk had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (14.13K), followed by Woodbury (6.46K), and Scott (6.08K).

In terms of percentages, Muscatine had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (12.88%), followed by Buena Vista (11.84%), and Crawford (9.89%).
