Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 70,240 and represented 2.10% of the total Kentucky citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (13.51K), followed by Fayette (6.13K), and Hardin (3.61K).

In terms of percentages, Christian had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (6.15%), followed by Hardin (4.52%), and Shelby (3.15%).
