Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Pennsylvania was 70,240 and represented 0.72% of the total Pennsylvania citizen voting-age population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Philadelphia had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (127.36K), followed by Lehigh (46.71K), and Berks (42.94K).
