Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Indiana was 960,075 and represented 19.69% of the total Indiana citizen voting-age population.

Among all Indiana counties, Marion had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (178.22K), followed by Lake (83.41K), and Allen (28.66K).

In terms of percentages, Marion had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (27.14%), followed by Lake (23.37%), and St. Joseph (11.47%).
