Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Oklahoma was 1,287,245 and represented 34.03% of the total Oklahoma citizen population.

Among all Oklahoma counties, Oklahoma had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (114.19K), followed by Tulsa (63.04K), and Comanche (18.67K).
