Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Oklahoma was 967,605 and represented 34.10% of the total Oklahoma citizen voting-age population.

Among all Oklahoma counties, Oklahoma had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (82.82K), followed by Tulsa (44.84K), and Comanche (14.03K).

In terms of percentages, Comanche had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (15.58%), followed by Oklahoma (15.43%), and Osage (11.49%).
