Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population for Pennsylvania was 3,186,580 and represented 25.74% of the total Pennsylvania citizen population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Allegheny had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (951.52K), followed by Montgomery (618.47K), and Philadelphia (525.18K).

In terms of percentages, Elk had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (97.60%), followed by Jefferson (97.26%), and Bedford (97.20%).
