Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Pennsylvania was 2,551,105 and represented 26.14% of the total Pennsylvania citizen voting-age population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Allegheny had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (795.31K), followed by Montgomery (496.90K), and Philadelphia (453.64K).

In terms of percentages, Elk had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (97.95%), followed by Warren (97.77%), and Bedford (97.73%).
