Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the citizen voting-age population for Colorado was 4,063,875 and represented 72.44% of the total Colorado population.

Among all Colorado counties, El Paso had the highest citizen voting-age population (508.59K), followed by Denver (505.89K), and Jefferson (444.11K).

In terms of percentages, Mineral had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (88.49%), followed by San Juan (87.29%), and Crowley (84.62%).
