Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the citizen voting-age population for Connecticut was 2,605,410 and represented 72.88% of the total Connecticut population.

Among all Connecticut counties, Hartford had the highest citizen voting-age population (650.77K), followed by New Haven (635.34K), and Fairfield (631.60K).

In terms of percentages, Tolland had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (79.39%), followed by Middlesex (79.00%), and Litchfield (78.40%).
