The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (492.78K) and constituted 69.38% of the total. The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (150.73K) and constituted 21.22% of the total.
