Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Iowa was 72,020 and represented 3.10% of the total Iowa citizen voting-age population.

Among all Iowa counties, Polk had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (14.70K), followed by Woodbury (7.53K), and Scott (6.11K).

In terms of percentages, Muscatine had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (13.02%), followed by Buena Vista (12.04%), and Woodbury (10.44%).
