Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 72,020 and represented 2.15% of the total Kentucky citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (14.28K), followed by Fayette (6.30K), and Hardin (3.66K).

In terms of percentages, Christian had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (6.55%), followed by Hardin (4.54%), and Shelby (3.56%).
