Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for North Carolina was 72,020 and represented 0.96% of the total North Carolina citizen voting-age population.

Among all North Carolina counties, Mecklenburg had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (41.71K), followed by Wake (34.94K), and Cumberland (22.79K).

In terms of percentages, Onslow had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (10.92%), followed by Cumberland (9.40%), and Lee (9.15%).
