Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Pennsylvania was 72,020 and represented 0.74% of the total Pennsylvania citizen voting-age population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Philadelphia had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (131.11K), followed by Lehigh (49.44K), and Berks (45.54K).

In terms of percentages, Lehigh had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (18.59%), followed by Berks (14.68%), and Monroe (13.23%).
