Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Arkansas was 967,605 and represented 43.84% of the total Arkansas citizen voting-age population.

Among all Arkansas counties, Pulaski had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (104.20K), followed by Jefferson (29.22K), and Crittenden (16.02K).

In terms of percentages, Phillips had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (60.49%), followed by Jefferson (54.85%), and Lee (53.67%).
