Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Arkansas was 1,287,245 and represented 44.34% of the total Arkansas citizen population.

Among all Arkansas counties, Pulaski had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (144.10K), followed by Jefferson (39.09K), and Crittenden (23.27K).

In terms of percentages, Phillips had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (63.24%), followed by Jefferson (57.05%), and Lee (55.88%).
