Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Indiana was 967,605 and represented 19.73% of the total Indiana citizen voting-age population.

Among all Indiana counties, Marion had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (180.03K), followed by Lake (82.87K), and Allen (29.08K).

In terms of percentages, Marion had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (27.21%), followed by Lake (23.17%), and St. Joseph (11.36%).
