The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (2.04M) and constituted 70.44% of the total. The Hispanic or Latino of All Races ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (208.77K) and constituted 7.22% of the total.
