The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (2.04M) and constituted 69.83% of the total. The Hispanic or Latino of All Races ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (222.61K) and constituted 7.61% of the total.
