Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2024, the citizen voting-age population for Idaho was 1,411,149 and represented 72.96% of the total Idaho population.

Among all Idaho counties, Ada had the highest citizen voting-age population (392.09K), followed by Canyon (172.39K), and Kootenai (140.01K).

In terms of percentages, Custer had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (85.31%), followed by Boise (83.74%), and Clearwater (83.63%).
