According to the US Census Bureau Vintage data estimates, in 2020, the birth rate for California was 11.37. Tulare County had the highest birth rate (14.53), followed by Yuba County (14.34), and Kings County (14.3). On the other hand, Sierra County had the lowest birth rate (6.12), followed by Modoc County (7.72), and Trinity County (7.82).
