According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2020, the number of births for Nebraska was 25,061. Douglas County had the highest number of births (8,194), followed by Lancaster County (3,796), and Sarpy County (2,458) On the other hand, McPherson County had the lowest number of births (2), followed by Keya Paha County (5), and Hooker County (5).
