According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2021, the number of births for Nebraska was 24,260. Douglas County had the highest number of births (7,839), followed by Lancaster County (3,704), and Sarpy County (2,382) On the other hand, Blaine County had the lowest number of births (2), followed by McPherson County (4), and Loup County (5).
