According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2015, the number of births for South Carolina was 58,286. Greenville County had the highest number of births (6,415), followed by Charleston County (5,079), and Richland County (4,910) On the other hand, McCormick County had the lowest number of births (83), followed by Allendale County (91), and Calhoun County (128).
