According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2018, the number of births for Tennessee was 81,500. Shelby County had the highest number of births (13,256), followed by Davidson County (10,082), and Knox County (5,217) On the other hand, Pickett County had the lowest number of births (29), followed by Moore County (55), and Clay County (55).
