According to the data from the US 2020 Census, as at April 2020, among all Pennsylvania counties, Philadelphia County had the highest population density per square mile (11.94K people per sqr mile), followed by Delaware County (3.14K people per sqr mile), and Montgomery County (1.77K people per sqr mile).
On the other hand, Cameron County had the lowest population density (11.48 people per sqr mile), followed by Sullivan County (12.98 people per sqr mile), and Potter County (15.16 people per sqr mile).
