According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2023, the number of deaths for Colorado was 45,099. El Paso County had the highest number of deaths (5,702), followed by Jefferson County (4,997), and Denver County (4,981). On the other hand, Hinsdale County had the lowest number of deaths (5), followed by San Juan County (7), and Mineral County (11).
