According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2018, the number of deaths for Colorado was 38,169. El Paso County had the highest number of deaths (4,611), followed by Jefferson County (4,499), and Denver County (4,402). On the other hand, San Juan County had the lowest number of deaths (1), followed by Mineral County (5), and Hinsdale County (7).
