Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2012, there were 148,244 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone in Connecticut and they represented 4.12% of the total population of Connecticut in 2012. Fairfield County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone population (46,836), followed by Hartford County (41,670), and New Haven County (33,111). On the other hand, Windham County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone (1,468), followed by Litchfield County (3,149), and Middlesex County (4,519).
