Salt Lake County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone population (17,086), followed by Davis County (3,819), and Utah County (2,968). On the other hand, Wayne County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone (4), followed by Daggett County (4), and Rich County (5).
