Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2012, there were 4,423,796 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Minnesota and they represented 82.27% of the total population of Minnesota in 2012. Hennepin County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (841,262), followed by Ramsey County (340,762), and Dakota County (329,922). On the other hand, Mahnomen County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (2,665), followed by Traverse County (3,135), and Lake of the Woods County (3,738).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone, Lincoln County had the highest percentage (97.55%), followed by Fillmore County (97.38%), and Big Stone County (97.35%).
