Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2017, there were 4,447,321 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Minnesota and they represented 79.85% of the total population of Minnesota in 2017. Hennepin County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (859,350), followed by Ramsey County (336,448), and Dakota County (331,133). On the other hand, Mahnomen County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (2,530), followed by Traverse County (2,943), and Lake of the Woods County (3,456).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone, Fillmore County had the highest percentage (96.38%), followed by Lincoln County (96.1%), and Pope County (96.05%).
