Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, there were 4,945,997 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Washington and they represented 71.00% of the total population of Washington in 2013. King County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (1,289,614), followed by Pierce County (567,740), and Snohomish County (541,237). On the other hand, Garfield County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (2,057), followed by Columbia County (3,559), and Wahkiakum County (3,606).
